The project stems from the desire to portray the immobile and solemn strength of solitary trees, which—through their silent resistance—stand against the passage of time and the forces of nature.
Seemingly still, they are in fact in slow and constant transformation, obedient to the greater design of nature, which asks them to remain exactly where they are—reminding us that life continues far beyond our limited existence.
Alone, distant, and yet connected to everything around them, they silently bear witness to events that have unfolded nearby, keeping unspoken secrets that will never be revealed.
This project is, in truth, an inexhaustible source of inspiration. This gallery represents only a small selection of my work dedicated to solitary trees.
